Can I stop a block early?
No, and that’s deliberate. There is no end-early button, because a blocker you can talk yourself out of at minute four isn’t a blocker. Pick your duration honestly. The block ends by itself when the timer runs out.
FlowShizz isn’t blocking anything on my iPhone.
Blocking needs Screen Time permission. Open Settings ▸ Screen Time and check FlowShizz is allowed, then reopen the app. If you tapped “Don’t Allow” when first asked, this is where you turn it back on.
A website I blocked still loads.
Website blocking covers Safari and apps that use Apple’s web view. Some third-party browsers handle their own networking and will not be affected — the reliable fix is to block that browser as an app as well.
Why can’t I see my apps listed by name?
Apple never tells us which apps you picked. The picker runs inside Apple’s own system, and FlowShizz only receives an anonymous token back. It’s why the app can’t show you a list of names, and it’s also why we couldn’t spy on your usage if we wanted to.
What does Pro actually unlock?
Sync between the iPhone app and the free Mac app: shared website lists, shared presets and schedules, and blocks that start on both devices at once. Everything else is free and stays free.
Is Pro a subscription?
No. It’s one payment, and it’s yours for life, on every device signed into your Apple Account.
I paid on one device — do I have to pay again?
No. Restore Purchases on the other device, signed into the same Apple Account.
My schedule didn’t run overnight.
Overnight windows — say 23:00 to 01:30 — are supported, and belong to the day they start on. If you want a block that runs from Friday night into Saturday morning, tick Friday.
How do I get the Mac app?
It’s a free download from flowshizz.com. It works on its own, with or without the iPhone app.
Where’s my data?
Nowhere but your own devices and, if you enable sync, your own private iCloud. See the privacy policy — it is unusually short, for good reason.
